i used to spend all my spare time on the internet.... then decided i need a real life again. now i'm ready to start back out into this wild and wacky world, in a whole new incarnation!
as you can see, things are starting to fill up in my new home... lots of rooms are being filled. which is why (for now at least), my table of contents is listed as if this were a house. it's a pretty new house ~ with lots of extra space. but being the pack rat i am, i'm fairly certain things will get tucked here, there and everywhere before too long!!! and next thing you know, i'll need to add on and build more rooms.....(shouldn't have said that ~ i've added 4 this week.....)

is there ever really a "short version" to someone's life? can 30+ years be tallyed up in a few meager sentences???
of course not!!!
so, instead, i'll simply clue you in on the high points, leave you with a cliffhanger or two, and, with a bit of luck, intrigue you enough to want to come back!
bare facts: medium height, slender build, green hair and red eyes... oopss... meant green eyes and red hair! nothing exciting, but i manage to get the guys on occasion!
last year i moved back to Texas, my native state. sis teases me about becoming a "real texan." i keep having to point out to her that i was born here ~ she wasn't. so there!
my sis calls me eccentrically eccentric. i thought about calling this site that, but decided it was too much for even me to manage to type correctly on a regular basis. i think she was referring to the fact i have no favorites, thus it's sometimes hard to anticipate what i'll like. i'm into a bit of this and a bit of that..... about the only constant is a marked preference for the color green ~ preferably jewel tone or earth tone (no lime green need apply ~ yuch!!!!)
i'm a full-time working, part-time college going, single mom. don't ask me how i manage that and the semblence of a social life. i haven't figured it out yet. of course, neither has my boyfriend, so we're even. he works worse hours that i do, is remodeling 2 houses at once, has his kids everytime we turn around and still finds time for me. it works.
